THe boiler was in Srongrove, Edgware. The pilot lights but the main burner is not coming. The faulty part was identified and isolated and checked and confirmed . I gave the quotation and he is only a tenent. I dont like this lanload – tenent business. I think I will stop attending to give free quotations to tenented properties unless the Lanload is asking me to do so. Sometimes what these people do is find out which part is faulty by a gas installer like myself and hire a cowboy to replace the part cheaper.
