Thunder and lightening are perhaps one of my favorite things about a hot and dry summer in Prescott, AZ. Large, thick and gray storm clouds pile up high, causing an otherwise lazy afternoon to look like 7pm. As a result, the desire to get out and play before the storm hits, becomes overwhelming.

Yes, I bought a white one too! Had I known how to put into words what I truly wanted from a tutu, I would have described a pettiskirt. I think my closet is complete now... The cascading ruffles and the extra flounce that comes with every bounce and step kinda makes my heart sing. Not gonna lie.
I feel so blessed! I was able to purchase 5, yes five pettiskirts for less than I was willing to pay for one. (Just encase you're wondering: two for me, two for my best friend and 1 for my sister.)
One's wardrobe should get them out of bed in the morning, don't you think? Sure pettiskirts, sequins and sheer blouses may not be everyone's thing, but shouldn't your wardrobe be made up of what you love to wear? Shouldn't you get excited when you get dressed in the morning? YES!!
