Malia Obama has moved in at Harvard University to start her first year of college with help from her parents, former President Barack Obama (who attended Harvard) and First lady Michelle Obama.
Malia Obama moved into her Harvard University dormitory on Monday afternoon, one day before her fellow students began arriving with their parents.
According to reports the family was joined by members of the Secret Service as they pulled up to Malia’s new residence in a two-SUV envoy.
Barack and Michelle were spotted leaving Malia’s dorm with their shades on as they rushed into their SUV.
Malia took a gap year before starting college and seemed to make the most of it, including doing an internship earlier this year at The Weinstein Company film studio. The former first daughter has shown quite a bit of interest in the film and TV industry, working on the set of HBO’s “Girls” in 2015 and as a production assistant on the CBS show “Extant,” starring Halle Berry.
