To make toddlers eat is such a great issue, I am sure most of you mothers agree to this. I undergo this phase for all 3 meals plus the snacking time too. But there are some things that they choose to have always happily. One among that for my kid is the Pepper in Lemon Fried Chicken.This recipe is best suited for all of us too. Well if you have a picky eater at your home. You can very well go about with this recipe to make them full. As this is approved by Mr Prince who is just 25 months old.Ingredients:King Fish- 2 piecesLemon Juice- 3 tbspPepper- 1 tsp (Freshly ground)Salt- as per tasteOil- 1 tbspTurmeric- a pinchWater- 100 mlMethod:Pepper in Lemon Fried Chicken - Toddler special (Toddler Approved) :)
Clean fish well and apply lemon juice (2 tbsp only) and leave it for 30 minutes.Reserve 1 tbsp lemon juice.Heat 1 tbsp oil in a tawa | pan.Place fish and cook in simmer for 3 minutes.Turn aside and cook the other side too.Now dilute turmeric and salt in 100 ml of water and pour it to the fish.Let the fish get cooked and let the water get absorbed.Fry for a minute and add pepper to both sides.Put off the flame and transfer to serving plate.Add rest of the lemon juice and add more pepper if necessary.Pepper in Lemon Fried Chicken - Toddler special (Toddler Approved) :)
