I’m so busy. Sooooo busy! Trying to get this business off the ground but not really knowing what on earth I’m supposed to be doing. *sigh*.
I’m sure I’ll figure out all this business stuff at some point but for now I’ll keep doing what I do best and that’s getting busy in the kitchen.
Any excuse for a party in our house, we eat party food pretty often to be honest! But there is method in my madness…my two boys are awesome eaters, but I still like to keep meal times exciting for them. And who doesn’t love pretty finger food? These are gluten free pizza bowls with melty dairy free “cheeze”.
Recipe:
For the bowls mix 2 cups gluten free flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp xanthan gum, 1 tbsp garlic oil, 1 tbsp nutritional yeast and 1 tsp salt. Add water to make dough. Roll out and cut out circles using a cookie cutter. Lay each in an oiled muffin tray or Yorkshire pudding tray. Bake at 200 c for 10 minutes.
For the filling: 1 cup nutritional yeast, pinch of salt, 1 tsp dijon mustard, 1 tsp paprika, a little water to make a cheesy sauce.
Fill bowls with chopped tomatoes, cheeze sauce, dried herbs and chopped coriander. X
