Paris Fashion Week Fall 2012: Yves Saint Laurent

WIT was his last ever show as Creative Director at YSL with confirmation that Hedi Slimane WILL replace his position (still no news on Raf or Dior) and Stefano made it one to remember. Black, leather, fur, chain-links and rubber gave the whole show a dark, sultry feel, accentuated by the models blood-red lips. Clean tailoring and silhouettes pinned in at the waist added a classic glamorous look to the otherwise fetishistic collection. Overall, a perfect end to a hugely successful decade at the brand.
