Pamper Your Body Just In Time For The Hot Weather

With summer fast approaching and the opportunity to wear more showy clothes, many of us are paying more attention to our bodies. Any why not? Everybody likes the summer months thanks to the fact that we finally get to wear the clothes we've wanted to wear all year. But while the face, hair, and lips might get a lot of attention, women often forget about the importance of maintaining a beautiful body. We scrub our face, moisturize and condition our hair, but the rest of us receives comparatively little attention. The good news is that there are a variety of beauty products you can use to pamper your body, just in time for the warmer weather. Here's what to do.
Soften Your Feet And Hands

One of the first places that get neglected is the feet and hands . Long working days can leave your feet and hands sore and tired, especially if you're on your feet all day. You can, of course, use commercial products to reinvigorate feet and hands, but the good news is that there is a natural remedy which will do the same. Mix half a teaspoon of vinegar with some curd and then slather the mixture over your feet, paying particular attention to the heel. After the massaging is done, leave it for about ten minutes. Then wash it off. The result should be smooth, tingly feet that look great.

Remove Dark Spots Around The Elbows And Knees

The darkness around the elbows and knees is perfectly normal. However, if you want that magazine-pampered look, they're a big no-no. The good news is that there are many ways that you can make your elbows brighter. The first thing to do is find something acidic. You can use salicylic acid-based products if you want. But first, try something a little less potent. Take a lime and squeeze it over the affected area and leave it for about half an hour. Then remove it with a towel soaked in hot water. You should find that over successive treatments, the darkness lifts and your skin is a uniform tone throughout.

If you're going to be flaunting it this summer, you might be looking for ways to tone up the skin on your body. One way to do this, of course, is with an abdominoplasty . But you can also tighten up the skin on your body by applying a daily moisturizer. One of the most effective moisturizers is the one used by pregnant women to prevent the formation of stretch marks. These moisturizers help the skin to become more supple.

Another trick is to eat the rainbow and attack the problem from the inside. Grapefruit, pomegranate, oat bran, lamb's lettuce and red peppers are all excellent foods that will help remove subcutaneous fat deposits.

Puffy eyes can be a real problem in the summer months, especially if you're going to than run late and getting up when the sun first rises. Dunk a cotton wool pad in rose water and then leave it on your eyes for around 20 minutes. This should help remove puffiness.
