Palmers Natural Bronze Body Lotion.

Palmers Natural Bronze Body Lotion. Now I know its been snowing again this week but I decided once the clocks went forward I was embarrassing spring, even if the weather isn't playing ball.
At the beginning of the week I set to work to give my body a good scrub and add some color to my skin. My tan of choice was the Palmers Natural Bronze Body Lotion.
I had been recommended this by my lovely friend Alice (some of you may remember her from the blog Buckingham Alice) she has been raving about this for ages and for about £5 I had to give it a go.
This is classed as a gradual tan and comes out like your regular body lotion. It has the strong cocoa butter smell that all Palmers products have which is gorgeous. It contains Cocoa butter and Vitamin E to keep the skin feeling soft and moisturised. I applied this with my bare hands and treated it like a normal body lotion and applied it everywhere. (I made sure to wash my hands thoroughly after) The cocoa butter smell lingered for hours but when morning came it did have a slight hint of that fake tan smell but no where near as bad as your regular fake tans.
I couldn't believe my eyes when I went to check out my limbs to see if I had any colour, they had turned a deep golden brown from just one application!! Impressive doesn't even cut it.
I would say this is a fake tan more than a gradual tanner as from one application I was left with gorgeous bronzed skin that felt lovely and soft. I have topped this up once during the week not that it really needed it, the color was still strong after 3 days.
Another thing that impressed me was the lack of streaks. I wasn't careful when I applied this, I didn't think the color would turn out so strong. Even so I only had a few uneven marks in the usual areas, ankles and wrists. I think if I paid just slightly more attention this would give me the perfect effortless tan.
Whether you are a fake tan pro or newbie you need to give this a try. The Palmers Natural Bronze Body Lotion retails for £5.35 on the boots website but have seen it cheaper online so worth a shop around for it.
Have you tried this before? I would love to hear your thoughts?
