After finding out I was graced with Celiac Disease, eating out became more of a fear than a relaxing night away from the kitchen. While many places have adopted a gluten free menu, you cannot always guarantee everything will be 100% gluten free due to cross contamination. However there are some restaurants that really go the extra mile to make their gluten free patron’s feel at ease, and Pala has my vote!!
This is the second time I have dined at Pala. Each time the food has been amazing, and they always make sure it’s 100% gluten free. Last night I had a blueberry / lavender mojito (okay, I had 2) favetta fresca salad and split a romana pizza with my friend. I left with a happy belly. Thank you Pala!!!Xxx
