Phish Chairman of the Boards Page McConnell weighs in for Record Store day (April 20) with the release of Unsung Cities And Movies Never Made on red vinyl. Only individually numbered 1,000 copies will be made:
On Record Store Day 2013, Page McConnell will release an all new ten track instrumental album titled Unsung Cities And Movies Never Made as a Limited Edition vinyl pressing, available exclusively at participating independently owned record stores across the country.
Unsung Cities And Movies Never Made was recorded and mixed by long-time engineering collaborator, John Siket, and culled primarily from a single recording session that took place at The Barn in VT in December 2009. The album was recorded with guitarist Adam Zimmon, bassist Reed Mathis and drummer Gabe Jarrett. It will be released in an edition of 1,000 (each individually numbered) and is pressed on 180g red vinyl.
