This is what I wore...
The dress is from Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s Elizabeth and James line via Net A Porter. I like the whole asymmetric hem thing which is everywhere at the moment but I wanted to wear it in a way which won’t date. I think that due to this dress being so long at the back yet still below knee length in the front I’ll look back in years to come and still love it. Well I bloody better because it’s the most I’ve ever spent on an item of clothing!!! I had to save up all my spare pennies for months to buy it!

Earrings from Pretty Petal
I didn’t want to look like a bridesmaid so I went for quite chunky sandals from Dune instead of the more wedding-y shoes. You know the kind I mean! They are sooo comfy for spending all day and all night in too. The earrings are from Pretty Petal via Etsy. I love a dangly earring for a special event!I had my first spray tan in about 10 years the day before the wedding! Since I’m allergic to eve-ry-th-ing I usually have to avoid spray tans but I found a great beauty salon in Glasgow called The Beauty Store who offer a Velocity tan which is completely organic. The color I ended up with was absolutely lovely. I looked exactly how I do after a few days in the sun and no one realised I had fake tan on. They all thought I’d just caught the sun! I usually opt for sunbeds as I discussed previously here but from now on it’s Velocity spray tan all the way! It’s fading very nice and evenly as well which is good.
