Not a great day for Olivia, but her beautiful light blue suite held up pretty well all things considered. So did her cell phone. Man she's got some pretty major Daddy issues huh? Apparently Daddy controls everyone from Huck to Jake to Cyrus. Daddy's a pretty bad guy. Now...where do we know Mary Nesbitt from? 5 bonus points for every correct answer. How craaaaazy was that entire story? All Mary wanted was the truth about why her son was killed, but due to extenuating (very extenuating, I mean the lives of 57 spies are what I'd call extenuating) circumstances, Olivia had to lie to the woman's face and tell her that her baby was a terrorist. Not a good idea when the woman's wearing a vest made of C4 huh? No worries though, only she died and as I mentioned, Olivia, her suit and her cell phone all made it out without a scratch. Speaking of that, Jake looked pretty good for a guy who's been in a hole for quiet a while right? Which scene was better? Mellie drunk, David Rosen and Cyrus Beane getting to the file OR any scene with Huck in it? Damn this show is soooo good. Thank goodness we have it or we'd still be in our Breaking Bad depression.
The Vampire Diaries
The Vampire Diaries is still awesome, but it's really super confusing. Now there are 2 Stefan's, 3 Elena's, a crazy witch named Ketsia who changed her name to Tessa. Tessa was WAY into Silas back in the Ancient Greek days but Silas was just using her for the immortality cure so he could be with his one true love, Umarra, aka Katherine, aka Elena. Sooo Ketsia/Tessa's PISSED OFF! Matt has a traveler named Greggor using his body while Greggor's traveler girlfriend Nadia, hunts down Katherine for Silas. Why does EVERYONE need Katherine so badly? Because Katherine's BLOOD is now the immortality cure. Got all that? Well one more thing...Stefan's back BUT he's got amnesia. Of course he does right?
Parenthood
Julia sent the kids to Zeke's house as a punishment and now he's in on Victor's reading problems. I feel for all of them, but the reading thing's sort of boring and getting on my nerves. If I'm Sydney, I'm totally annoyed by the entire Victor thing. Christina is in the midst of a moral dilemma...take the money and compromise her values but keep her campaign going, or pull the plug on the whole thing, but of course, she's married to THE perfect husband. Adam went to Mr. Ray one of his rapper dudes and got the money from him. One condition, get rid of the speed bump at the end of the street. Sounds easy to me. Pooooor Drew. The kid became a Joni Mitchell expert just to impress a girl who said the worst thing a college guy ever wants to hear in his dorm room..."Lets be friends". Tyson Ritter from All American Rejects made a guest appearance at the recording studio. Just thought you'd want to know. Oh, and, I knew that...didn't need to look it up. I'm actually an All American Rejects fan.
NEWS & INFORMATION:
-It just feels weird to type this, but Lady Gaga is going to be doing a Muppets Holiday special on Thanksgiving night..REALLY! I'm not kidding. Depending how much of a food coma I'm in and how much I've had to drink, I may just need to watch this one, because I just can't imagine Lady Gaga and Miss Piggy together. Maybe Lady Gaga will have herself made in to a Muppet?
-Ryan Murphy announced yesterday that NEXT season would be the last one for Glee. Honestly, this season should really be it's last, actually, last season should have been the last season, but regardless, the end is in sight which is a relief. I'm ready...no I NEED it to be over.
-Franklin & Bash has been renewed for a 4th season. I did watch this one the first season even though it goes against my rules. I was always a fan of Breckin Meyer and Mark Paul Gosslear's but as much as I liked the show, I had to stop watching. I can't deal with legal shows.
-Well, it's better news than no news, but I was hoping ABC would give The Goldbergs and even Trophy Wife a full season order. So far, only 3 additional episodes have been asked for. S.H.I.E.L.D. keeps losing viewers but got a full season, but my show...The Goldbergs got 3 eps? C'mon guys!
-3 new cast members have been added to Real Housewives of NJ. Twin sisters named Nicole and Teresa Napolitano (yes ANOTHER Teresa) and their friend Amber Marchese. Ya know for the longest time when readers and friends kept saying that all the RHONJ peeps were mafia, I completely defended them and said "don't be ridiculous" but now things are starting to make a bit more sense. I guess I won't be giving this one up after all. There's also a rumor that Dina Manzo, Caroline's sister will be back. We'll see about that. I guess now that Caroline's leaving, Dina'll come back?
