Our Beautiful God – Thought for the Day

Our God is beautiful; what tremendous majesty! I wish you could all see Him, like that you would know beyond doubt how truly beautiful, omnipotent, generous, sweet, tender and loving He is. You would remain glued to His Presence, unable and unwilling to remove your gaze from upon Him, as He saturates your whole being with His divine Light. But even if you all saw our Father, some of you would still flee from Him and reject Him as though you were struck by lightning, because you would be unable to bear His immeasurable beauty due to your deliberate preference for darkness. You would not accept His grace out of the pride and stubbornness of your hearts.
