Osho Meditation, Unconditional Love, Krishna Das & the Squat

By Healingyoga

Yes, the saying "time flies when you're having fun" sure has been true for me. I'm still not sure what happened in February, but I do remember having lots of fun. Unfortunately, all of the fun took away from my blogging time. I'm back with a mixed bag post...a little of this and a little of that:

21 Day Osho Meditation Program
I've admitted here before that I have an off-again on-again relationship with meditation. Right now, it's back on and our relationship seems to be more committed than ever. For once I'm doing a practice that suits me at this time in my life rather than just pick up one of the many techniques I've learned over the years. Still, I always enjoy trying out different forms of meditation.

Starting March 13, you can join Osho Meditation for Busy People -- a 21 day program for folks who are challenged for time. Not only will it be light on time demand, but it's free. Click here for more info and to sign up.

Love is the Ultimate Renewable Resource -- a Wanderlust Speakeasy
What is love? Yogi Eoin Finn addresses this very topic in this 41-minute Wanderlust Whistler talk. Click here to listen in. If like me you've struggled to connect with nature during the chilly Winter temperatures, this talk is a good reminder to bundle up and get back out there.

Krishna Das Live Stream
This coming weekend (March 14 and 15), Krishna Das is leading a Heart of Devotion Retreat with some special guests. You can access portions of the retreat via a free live stream. Click here for more info.

Adding Movement to Your Squat
Squatting is part of my daily routine and I love the good it does my body. This wonderful video can help you take your squat to the next level by adding in some movement and opening the body in wonderful new ways. I've just been sitting for a while, so I'm going to take a 4-minute break myself and practice right along with this video.

Namaste!
