This is one song by ‘Til Tuesday that I wish would have made it into the studio. Even a demo would have been good. But neither exists. Apparently it wasn’t played live too often because one of the band members vaguely remembered it. To this day, I’m still trying to get all the lyrics.
Since Opposites Attract was introduced as a new song in this recording, this would make it written in 1985. The recording was made by someone in the audience which is why it’s not the best quality.
I hope that one day another copy surfaces with clearer lyrics and sound. Until then, we’re lucky to have at least this one.
