Without proof, only for short time political interests, only to put dissidents in jail. Only to shut their mouthes.
Unfortunately, some regime opponents outside Iran (1) refer to another regime opponents as Islamic Republic's Intelligence organization, without having any good reason for such claims. More precisely:
Their only reason is that the others prefer another form of government than themselves. I personally noticed such allegations mostly on Twitter and in Facebook.
Are those opponents of Islamic Republic who accuse others to be Islamic Republic's agents not very similar to the Islamic Republic in behavior?

1) Fortunately this kind of behavior hasn't been noticed inside Iran. Not me nor my friends have ever noticed it inside Iran. Many Iranian Bloggers wrote also that they know this phenomena just from Internet or some special TV channels broad casted from outside.
Ahmad Batebi, journalist and activist, said in an Interview on a same but not equal topic:
When security forces shoot at crowds in Iran and everybody is running away, no one is thinking, “You’re Mujahedin, therefore I will not run away with you.” When someone is shot by a bullet and falls to the ground, people don’t say, “You’re a communist so we won’t help you.” These are the preoccupations of Iranians living outside the country.
