In desperate need of a date night, the hubby and I were thrilled to attend Spanish wine company Segura Viudas' A Night to Open Up event at the Roxy Hotel.
Hidden away in Paul Sevigny's speakeasy, Paul's Baby Grand, we sipped on crisp rosé champagne, nibbled on delectable hors d'oeuvres, and took turns playing in their photo booth.
This was the first Open Up event by the company in New York City, and IT featured an intimate musical experience with DJ Anna Lunoe.
Segura Viudas' distinctive sparkling wine is dry and refreshing- perfect for sipping or mixing for cocktails. I, of course, couldn't get enough of the sparkling rosé: not too sweet, not to crisp. It was just what I needed. Get a load of those bubbles dancing the night away...
