Now I am aware that I'm just wearing leggings and a blazer, however, I think this is a perfect example of how clothes can transform you on the outside to possibly be someone who you don't feel like you are on the inside. Does that sound crazy!?!
Recently, I read that Paloma Faith said she 'dresses like she's going to war' and this really resonated with me. I got to thinking that clothes are a bit like weapons and a shield all at the same time. They act like a coat of armour, a protection from the world if you like......Have I lost you?
All I'm really trying to say is, that if you act confident and look confident, then you will be confident. I'm a strong believer that you should show your personality in your clothes, and on those days that you feel a little less motivated, strong or upbeat than you normally do, try dressing 'like your going to war' and see how that makes you feel!
