OOTD: Warm & Fuzzy in Faux Fur

Today we had season's first snow. Well, almost. We had snow flurries. What's the difference? Even the thought of it makes me crave a hot cup of tea and bundle up in a blanket. We all know, that's not gonna happen. So, I chose the next best option. I got the faux fur vest out of the closet, paired it with a turtleneck, a statement necklace, coated denim and ankle boots.

This look is perfect for a chilly day when you have errands to run or have to be outdoors attending meetings or a lunch with a client. You can replace the jeans with a formal trouser/skirt.


A turtleneck sweater is perfect for winter layering. A faux fur vest is the best way of layering with a sweater and helps add texture to the outfit. I bought this fur vest last year this time because it looked so cozy and I was not disappointed! It is a good thing that Fur is a big trend this Fall/Winter and Faux fur is great way to adopt this trend.
