Hi,

The 2-week LCHF challenge has been a real eye opener for me.
No bloating, no indigestion, no cravings, no binges! I am amazed at the difference it has made to me. It really seems to suit my body.

Years of yo-yo dieting with every slimming programme going, did not have the same effect that just two weeks on LCHF has had. Absolutely fantastic.

Long may it continue. Thank you, and yes I have signed up for membership so you can continue the website, which is very helpful for me.

Kind regards,
Bren

Oh wow... 6 kg (13 lbs) in two weeks. Feeling a lot better, and carrying on.

I like a glass of good red wine every now and then, is that possible on your plans?

Some of the ingredients were hard to find here in Namibia, but I made a jolly good go of it.

Best regards,
Kate

Hi! So what did I think about the low-carb challenge? One word: "fantastic".

I started the challenge with my friend three weeks ago. Today is very important for me because it marks the end of my first week standing on my own two feet doing all the things that I learned from finishing the 2-week challenge!

Did I have any success? You bet! Today I am three weeks in and still going strong with the low-carb program. I am down my first 10 pounds (5 kg). :-)

The recipes that were shared with me during the challenge (and the ones the free ones available to me on the website) were all so rich and delicious. And my cravings for the bad stuff? Well, those are gone now. Good riddance!

I really only eat when I am actually hungry now. Another major health benefit that I've noticed is: No more aches and pains! This must be because of the reduced sugar, no doubt!

One small concern I have is in reference to maintenance. Can I maintain by just moving my carb intake up to 50 g? Right now I am staying between 20 and 30. I still have a goal to lose 20 more pounds (9 kg).

P.S. I loved the support I received during my challenge. The emails kept me right on track. I know I will miss those!

Thank you!!! Glad I found out about your site through my friend :-)

Patricia

Your website was recommended by our doctor and we enjoyed the whole process.

Your website was recommended by our doctor and we enjoyed the whole process. We were also very happy with the information on the possibilities of side effects. My husband was irritable and was helped a great deal by the beef boullion. I'm seriously considering subscribing to your program.

Hi,

I liked the 2-week challenge because I felt that the meals were satisfying and I didn't have that urge to snack in between. I actually didn't miss sweets, it was doable, the meals that didn't appeal to me, I would just pick one of the other meals, I lost 2 kilos (4 lbs), thinking of going on another week with the same meals, then I will decide to register to go further! Thank you for the push, I still have a long way to go to reach my goal, hoping I can stick to this diet, actually it's just a way of choosing the right meals more than it is a diet. Thanks again for the help to get on my way.

I enjoyed the diet, couldn't believe you can eat butter and cheese and cream and still lose weight. I lost 6 lbs (3 kg) in the first two weeks and I will continue.
