One Dress, 2 Ways

Having a basic dress in your wardrobe is a must. I love form fitting dresses because you can dress them up or down so easily, and that is exactly what I did. Without any loose fabric in the way, it leaves room for trying on different styles for the day. You can tie something around your waist, throw on a jacket, or wear a bunch of jewelry. A simple dress is a blank canvas, and you get to be the artist. Decide who you want to be with your clothes!

The first way I styled this was definitely more casual. I have never worn a baseball cap backwards- but hey, I'm bringing it back.

I put on this clasp bracelet to give it something special, while still keeping the outfit very low-key.

My Adidas shoes are my go-to when I have on something basic. They speak for themselves.

I like this hat from H&M because it's a little more fashion forward than a typical baseball hat.

The second way I styled this dress looked like I was going to a party. I think the more fancy I make an outfit, the simpler it gets. I'm not one for flashy ensembles... Unless the situation calls for it.

These shoes from DSW are my favorite. Strap up heels are very on trend right now, and they work in any season.

The most important part about this is that the dress is comfortable no matter which way I style it. Depending on what mood I'm in, I can use this dress to design a superb outfit that makes me feel confident!
