On the ninth day of Christmas, my true love sent to me… nine sparkling snowflakes, eight rubber duckies, seven lemon-limes, six little {hello}’s, five golden trees, four french monograms, three winter wonderlands, two you’re invited, and one i hope you know how much i care.
Cookie making was a success! Cookies made. Dough eaten. Quality mother/daughter/sister time. And let’s not forget a bit of fun with my niece and nephew, Bisbee and Dakota. Did you follow along on Instragram? It was fun and full of shenanigans. And of course, I ate the dough. It was delicious! I will say though, it’s important to read the directions first on the icing… Just sayin’!
Making cookies always reminds me of the holidays, especially when sprinkles are involved. The only thing missing is snow…snow angels and snowball fights. Ha! Not in the Valley of the Sun I won’t see snow – I’ll have to head up north for that. Hmmm, maybe…?!
