I acquired this particular nail enamel from Avon a couple of months ago . I saw theese suede enamels in one of Avon's brouchure . What stood out is "matte finish" . That minute I knew I had to get these . This particular shade is called "Royale Blue ". I also got 3 other shades from the very same range :

Price : The MRP for one shade alone eludes me at the moment . I bought all four of them for Rs. 180
