I am. It’s how I roll on Sundays.
Maren actually made breakfast! Oh my gosh. The world might end.
I made a simple little breakfast sandwich on a whole wheat bread butt with… a little grape jam, a fried egg, and 3 slices of bacon.
Use a bread butt to make your sandwich extra crusty and cut the bread triangle-ways for flare.
On the side, coffee. And lots of it.
With all the life-drama going on these past few months working out was just not happening. I kept trying to go to the gym but my heart wasn’t in it.
After trying to go a few times I decided to quit going until I craved the gym again. And guess what… This last week, I’ve been craving the gym!!!
I’m really excited, hopefully I can get back on a gym regimen again. I’M TIRED OF WASTING MY GYM DOLLAS, YO!
Ideally, I’m hoping I can get back on my hour elliptical sessions again, then do my M-WODS for total body toning. And if those go well, I’m going to start training for a distance race again. Long Weekend Runs are back on the menu.
This kinda looks like going from 0 to 60 in .27 seconds, but I’ll take it day by day. Ultimately, I just want to be happy and I think sweating will help me be a little bit more happy.
