World leaders are gathered in Washington, D.C., for the 2016 Nuclear Security Summit.

Being the sociopath that he is, instead of standing with dignity for the group photo, Obama decides to monkey around, flashing a peace sign like some frat prank, as Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi looks on with incredulity.
