Oaty Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
6oz Pumpkin purée
3oz evaporated Milk
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
1/8 Tsp Ground Ginger
3oz Oil
6oz Self Raising Flour
2oz Oats
1 Tsp Baking Powder
2 EggsIMG_4499

In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix on medium speed for about 2 minutes, scoop into muffin cases (15 muffins) and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180c.
