Number of Files on the Internet

How many PDF files are present on the Internet ? Have you ever got this doubt.  I have got this doubt and Google answered me. But the answer is not through a direct question.You can not ask Google directly "number of files on Internet" . Even if returns some answer it may be a old number. Instead of searching directly for the number of PDF files, we can use an operator search in Google.
