From Ridge Brewing Company in Maple Ridge comes their "Northwest IPA". The beer pours a copper colour with a beige head. The aroma consists of tropical fruit, citrus, dankness and floral hops. The flavour is of tropical fruit, lemon, melon, some resin, dankness and medium bitterness that lingers. The alcohol content comes in at 6.6% with an IBU of 62. I have to say this is a really refreshing NW IPA and I look forward to finishing my growler.
