Ninjago Themed 6th Birthday

The Inspired Occasion designed, styled and event managed a 6th Birthday Party luncheon for 25 children and their parents, at a private residence in Melbourne.

The Client’s brief was to create a party theme using the birthday boys favourite TV show and characters “Ninjago”. Have a son of similar age this was a relatively easy theme to create using the Ninjago character colour palette of blue, red, black and white with hints of yellow and green as inspiration.

The 25 invited children were taken for an hour of hosted Ninjago Character activities including movement, magic, music, tattooing and games before being spoilt with a table full of savoury party items.

Whilst the children were being amused the adults enjoyed a selection of finger food and beverages which were served in the yard.

We designed and custom made a backdrop for the cake table which complemented the theme, the invitations which were designed by The Inspired Occasion focussing on the blue Ninja, the birthday boy’s favourite character.

The Cake table was also used to present the filled loot bags and themed cupcakes that The Inspired Occasion created.

The children’s table was set with coordinated napery, poptops and a blue Lego Ninjago centre piece which finished off the overall themeing.

Other event management logistics that The Inspired Occasion coordinated included, catering and catering staff, Jumping Castle, Character Entertainer, venue themeing which included lanterns and bunches of helium balloons throughout the home and other adhoc party hire wares.

All guests took home a pre filled loot-bag with premium candy and novelty items with customised thank-you tags.
