I’ve recently added a new photo – Live Oak Alley – to my BeautifulFlowerPictures.com website.
One of the goals for my trip to Savannah, Georgia earlier this year was to photograph one of the amazing Live Oak Alleys the region is known for. Of the Live Oak Alleys I saw – my favorite was this one at Wormsloe Historic Site. The mile-long entrance road to the estate is covered by the arching branches of the live oak trees covered with Spanish Moss and resurrection ferns. The morning I was there – the sky was overcast which helped add a sense of mystery to the site. I loved photographing this Live Oak Alley – and am looking forward to photographing another live oak alley outside of Charleston, South Carolina later this year.
