New Month! #ReadersWorkouts

Welcome to Readers' Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.

I met my October goals of 1300 minutes and 4 DVD workouts. For November, I plan to increase the variety with a goal of 1300 minutes, including 8 DVD workouts.

I started my current streak of daily exercise on July 1 - so it's been going strong for four months!
