Speed records shows that 30 mm/sec as a suitable speed to back up customer demand of components by placing only one operator to produce over 600.000 items per year on a two shifts basis production with one laser source.
Other technologies may produce this welding however preliminary evaluation shows that either two - three operators per shift or two- three welding sources were required.
