For centuries western civilizations were considered to be more advanced than other countries and it was like that for a reason. However, these days situation is changing drastically. I've been traveling the world for quite some time now and I have to say, eastern civilizations and especially countries in Asia are developing rapidly. Moreover, I had an amazing opportunity to meet people online, especially the ones from this part of the world, who additionally strengthened my beliefs.

However, I'm not here to talk about their advanced technology. Instead, I wanted to represent some of the biggest, most awesome amusement parks that are planned to be opened this year in Asia. People of this beautiful and mystical continent know how to have a good time and these spectacular new theme parks prove just that. Come with me on this journey and find out which of these you simply must visit this 2017.

Legoland in Japan

This breathtaking amusement park is located in the beautiful city of Nagoya, and it's scheduled to open its gates on the 1st of April this year. Japan's new theme park is going to be the 8th Legoland in the world, and only the second one in Asia ( the first one was built in Malaysia). This enormous site will be divided into seven completely different themed lands. It will have more than 40 rides and other different attractions, so your kids will have a wonderful time, for sure.

Knight's Kingdom and "The Dragon" roller-coaster are the two attractions that caught my eye. I'm sure these two will be the most popular ones when this Legoland officially opens in April. If you're asking yourself how genuine this Legoland theme park really is, let us resolve you of any doubt. This biggest part of this masterpiece is built out of 17 million LEGO bricks and over 10,000 LEGO models. Quite impressive, wouldn't you agree? Don't worry, though, the construction is strong enough to withstand literally anything.

Iron Man Experience in Hong Kong

Every fan of Tony Stark out there should definitely visit this magnificent theme park located in the complex of Tomorrowland at Hong Kong Disneyland. This stunning piece of engineering and architecture is designed in a way to welcome Iron Man fans into the world of Star industries. This theme park opened its front gates to visitors on January 11th this year and it already became a huge hit among Iron Man fans.

Personally, I was amazed by the look of the Star Expo building. It looks exactly like the one from the movies. Visitors are also able to observe various landmarks such as the legendary Iron Man MARK III suit. Spoiler alert, it's absolutely awesome! This amazing theme park offers plenty 3D experiences where Marvel fans can "fly" around Hong Kong and fight alongside Iron Man himself. It's pretty fantastic.

20th Century Fox World in Malaysia

If you're a movie buff, 20th Century Fox World theme park is the heaven on Earth you've been looking for! This stunning park will officially be open somewhere around the end of this year. Visitors will be able to ride various roller coasters that will lead them to the sets and scenes of their favorite Hollywood movies such as Titanic, Rio, Life of Pi, Night at the Museum, and Planet Of The Apes.

I'm personally looking forward to seeing that amazing replica of the legendary RMS Titanic. This is probably going to be the most popular attraction of the entire park which will measure somewhere around 25 acres in size. If you're not impressed by the ride that goes through the infamous Titanic, you might want to get hyped for enormous crashed spaceship construction that is a tribute to the legendary sci-fi franchise Alien. All in all, I'm 100% sure this spectacular theme park is going to be a huge success!

Nemo & Friends SeaRider

I've always wanted to swim alongside iconic Disney fishes like Nemo and Dory. It was a rather strong childhood desire and finally I can make it into a reality at Nemo & Friends SeaRider theme park located at Tokyo DisneySea in Japan. This magnificent park is expected to be open on May 12, 2017. Visitors will be able to go on a submarine ride that will allow them to swim side by side with Nemo, Dory, and other adorable sea friends. This breathtaking "underwater" adventure will be achieved by the spectacular combination of amazing visual effects, dynamic motion, and surrounding audio.

When I heard about this, I was completely amazed by the idea. Japanese have really outdone themselves this time. Like this is not enough, visitors will also have a unique opportunity to explore the ocean through the very eyes of their Disney heroes, Dory and Nemo! I assure you, this is just the beginning. If you choose to visit this stunning complex, you'll be able to meet and hang out with many other iconic characters from the famous movies.
