When it comes to losing weight, people are ready for anything. They begin to sport, adopting a healthy diet and do not hesitate to use and abuse or fat burning recipes remedies. The increased sugar levels in the blood in turn leads to the secretion of insulin, which has the effect of increasing appetite and promote fat storage.

Work less:
According to several studies, work more than 48 hours per week could have negative health consequences. Moreover, a study published in The British Medical Journal has shown that working more than 48 hours was associated with a higher alcohol consumption by 12%. And that’s not all, this lifestyle also impacts our wellbeing and greatly contributes to increasing stress, a major factor in the accumulation of fat in the abdomen in particular.

Thus, to facilitate weight loss, it is very important to reduce working hours to an average reasonable and not exceed 48 hours per week.

Do not consume caffeine after 18 hours:
This small regular coffee after work, could well be the cause of your belly unappreciated. Caffeine is considered a stimulant that can disrupt sleep quality but also stimulate the secretion of cortisol, the stress hormone that can induce weight gain.

Remember that lack of sleep itself may cause increased production of this hormone and impact the synthesis of two other hormones (ghrelin and leptin) that regulate appetite. In short, lack of sleep can contribute to weight gain.

A study by US researchers has shown that people who sleep only five hours not night, have a body mass index (BMI) of 3.6%, compared to people who have a complete sleep, or 8 hours per night.

Caffeine consumption at late hours would have a domino effect on weight. Why it is necessary to avoid in order to lose the weight and more. A good night’s sleep can only do good to your body and your line!
