When it comes to natural skincare, there is a variety of options although it is necessary to understand that the skin might react to certain products. A majority of cosmetic products that are available in the market contain paraben, because it is used as an effective preservative. It is also found in most food items that are available in the market. As far as cosmetic products are concerned, paraben is found in moisturizers, shampoos, gels, hair care and various other products. In fact, it is difficult to find any product in the market that is free of paraben. Natural skincare without wheat, gluten, soy or parabens is one of the best ways to tackle skin problems.
Gluten in Cosmetics
Cosmetic products containing gluten should be avoided by those people, who have celiac disease. Although, most companies claim that the products are free of gluten, consumers should exercise caution before buying such products. The tendency of using natural skincare without wheat, gluten, soy or parabens is on the rise with women, who use cosmetics regularly.
Wheat in Cosmetic Creams
Some cosmetic products containing Vitamin E are most likely to be derived from wheat although women with wheat allergy must avoid using such cosmetics. As a matter of fact, gluten is also found in wheat, which should be avoided by people, who have gluten intolerance. Therefore, natural skincare without wheat, gluten soy or parabens is perhaps the best remedy for women.
Natural Products for Skincare:
The following natural ingredients can be used as alternatives to those cosmetics that might contain gluten or paraben:
- Turmeric: This is one of the most common ingredients to get a glowing skin and is popular because of its antiseptic properties. A combination of turmeric, honey and milk is also used for cleaning the skin and clean skin will always have a natural glow.
- Neem: Although, there are various skincare products such as soaps and face cleansers that contain neem, the product must be used in the original form for effective results. Neem is considered as the most effective therapy against acne and infection prone skin.
- Dead skin cells are responsible for close pores on the surface of skin. Therefore, it is necessary to exfoliate these cells in order to achieve a clean and glowing skin. You can blend a few pieces of pineapple and mix them with olive oil for excellent preparation that will help you exfoliate the dead skin cells.
- Removing blackheads is one of the major problems faced by women of all ages. Although exfoliating creams are available in the market, most of them contain paraben and some of them also contain gluten and wheat.
- Almond oil and honey is one of the most natural forms of moisturizers.
- A mixture of almond oil and egg yolk is useful for oily skin.
- Parsley leaves mixed with egg white and oatmeal is another excellent preparation for blackhead removal. It is a useful natural skincare remedy without wheat, gluten, soy or parabens, which helps the skin to regain its natural glow.
Natural products are not only beneficial for skin, but they are least likely to cause skin reactions unlike artificial cosmetics containing parabens and gluten.
