I hope everyone has had an awesome weekend!
I was able to catch up on a lot of work but I still have quite a bit to do so today I will be doing another Short story/Poem type of thing =x x=
Workaholic
Never enough hours in the day
Neglecting the most important of tasks
Consumed by arduous events and circumstances
hoping for a break in the insanity
Lonesome nights with harrowing thoughts
Wondering if I should give up and give in
But constantly reminded by all these new friends
That what I am doing is not a waste of time
Masterfully reclusive and disturbingly residual
Humbled and thankful I take my hour of leave
To return to my study to collapse into
The workaholic I have desperately become
I wave goodbye as I triumphantly rejoin the shadows
These past few Poems I have composed are more like Micro Short Stories but I have enjoyed doing them that’s for sure! =]
