During the Wings Over Wine Country airshow, a group of local RedStars pilots perform a formation flyby in their Chinese Nanchang trainers.  Designed and built in China, and first flown in 1958, more than 2,000 were built for use by the People’s Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF) as a basic trainer.  These aircraft are popular as an affordable warbird in the U.S. and many other countries.  Nikon D500 w/80-400mm, processed with Aperture.
