The weather here in SD is being reallllll funky right now. One second the rain is about to break down my window, and the next minute the sun is literally blinding. How am I supposed to leave the house in these unpredictable conditions?
It’s a good thing I am completely okay (and quite happy) staying indoors. It is a perfect excuse for me to just do fun things, such as: making new merch for my Etsy shop, taking pictures of my new goods, snuggling with my pup, watching Ellen, playing with my new favorite app- Vine (more on that towards the end of this post), and creating a cool manicure with my Konad nail stamps.
If you haven’t heard of Konad, let me introduce you. It’s basically nail art for the artistically challenged (aka me). If you can somewhat paint your nails, you can do Konad. You can find a good starter kit here, or there is probably a kiosk at your local mall. Here’s how it works….
( you can easily use regular polish, but the Konad brand actually works better )
( here is what you do: paint over the image want, use the scraper to scrape off the excess, press the rubber stamp over the image, press the stamp onto your nail. BOOM, easy. )

NOW, change of topic. VINE. It’s basically a stop motion film app meets Instagram. I am literally obsessed. It’s sooo fun
