My Unexpected Hiatus and Some Pretty Great Link- Love.

By Heather Murphy @MrsMurphysLOF

Hello friends!!

I know I have been MIA for far too long, but I do have a good excuse.. While I love my little neck of the woods on the interwebs, the past month or so the blog has felt kind of like a job, more so than my actual job.

After having Joseph, my anxiety skyrocketed. It subsided after a few month, but lately it has progressively gotten worse, which unfortunately, brings up old habits from the past. I do truly feel I am a million miles from my days with disordered eating, but anxiety and stress definitely trigger unwanted emotions and thoughts. This is one reason why I needed a break. To clear my mind and focus on my mental and physical health. I needed to decompress. So I read some of my favorite self- help books and spent time with my family and friends.

I didn’t want to write again until I wanted to, so here I am! I am excited to share some really great workouts with you guys, along with some recipes and fitness knowledge.

:)

Here is a little peak at what I was up to on my hiatus.
