To steal some lyrics from Anthony Newley and Leslie Bricusse, “It’s a new day. It’s a new year. It’s a new life. And I’m feeling good.”
Now that we are almost two weeks into the new year, I am working on putting together this year’s bucket list.
While I’m pretty sure I can’t take 10 overseas holidays this year, it doesn’t hurt to dream big.
Last year’s list may not have been completed, but I did manage to fit in a couple of things I didn’t expect—I climbed Mt Coolum, saw the Three Sisters in the Blue Mountains, went to Las Vegas, flew over the Grand Canyon, went indoor skydiving and painted two pieces of furniture.
And I may have found my soul mate in Alan (although he’s still an a**hole).
I also finally took note of all the little hints that I seemed to be getting that it’s time to shake things up so I can’t wait to see what 2015 will bring.
But before I throw myself full speed into another 12 months of bucket list adventures, travel, dating and blog posts, I thought I’d share my top 10 posts from 2014. (Click on the image to go to the story).
