With the weather being so up and down this Spring/Summer, the cool summer evenings on the beach call for a stylish light-weight knit. These are just a few of my favourites, but a few others not featured are the Wildfox Every Day Destroyed Sweater in Bleached Aqua and the Starshine Destroyed Sweater in Poodle Pink. I love the imperfect, weathered look from the ripped detailing that gives it that vintage, worn look; and the oversized slouchy fit perfect for throwing on during those evenings of bbq's and drinks on the beach. In this weeks style picks, I've featured a lot of crochet and cable knit styles. I particularly like the two piece crop top and skirt from Topshop. With a tan this will look super cool. The Kiera Singlet from Monki is also a little bit different. A knitted vest is ideal for those cooler days as an alternative for a basic vest. Another personal favorite is the Super Rich Kids Sweat from Illustrated People, its such a simple yet stylish sweat with its crew neck. Illustrated People's designs are hand printed in East London; featuring some unique and classic designs that showcase a great deal of originality, creativity and attention to detail. I still adore this Grandma's House Classic Sweater. Although this post features the summer spin on the winter knit these will be worthy investments that will carry you through to this years fall.
