Oooh. Look what we got here! Months ago (I'm the world's slowest blogger on earth I know :/ haha) I was gifted with an enormous paper bag filled with lots of goodies from a company calledMy Life Inc!
Well, to be honest I'd never heard of the company before so I went to research a little about it and guess what! My Life Inc is actually by Eu Yang Sang! How cool is that?! I'm sure everyone knows what Eu Yang Sang is -- it's after all a company with 134 years of bringing you health and wellness the TCM way!
A quick browse through their website and I was beyond amazed that this was a Singapore website let alone backed by a 134 year old company I'd only till recently, associated with stuffy medicinal halls and foul smelling brews.
Take a look at the website yourself! If anything, it reminds one of iherbinc don't you think? And now we have our very own My Life Inc right in Sunny Singapore!
Another reason I absolutely love My Life Inc is that there is no mention anywhere on the website about achieving a certain body or slimming down to attain a certain look. (I'm very particular about this when doing online reviews or accepting collaborations.) Instead, they focus on optimizing health and aim to be a trusted online store by helping people source for healthy products that are 'meaningful, functional and convenient'. Cools beans.
In fact, they personally curate the products by vetting, testing and critiquing all their products and even offer brands from around the world. They are also exclusive retailers for more than 50% of products featured on their website! How's that for finding someone an exclusive present for a special occasion?

This really cool mat can be placed on the floor or your office chair and it helps alleviate backaches and 'release blocked energy'. Super cool don't you think?! I had a chance to try it out at the MyLifeInc office and it was just... really... cool. Haha. Looks like a great present for a funky grandma.
2. AromaDough
I don't know what this is but apparently is some sort of infused aromatherapy playdough you use to lull yourself to sleep. According to the website-

THIS. IS GORGEOUS. Look at all that tea sachets all lined up so neatly. And Teaism is amazing. More on that later!

This is another really interesting product! And SO CUTE! Personal Verdict: This took some getting used to haha and I don't personally prefer it! I am a plain water supporter through and through!

Natural bath products! So excited to try this because I've been thinking of trying out organic beauty products recently but didn't know where to start (does anyone have any recommendations?) and this smells of lavender which is one of my FAVOURITE scents! :D
I'm not a fan of protein bars at all because I think they taste terrible at best. Either too artificial or too sweet. But this 2 Degrees chocolate banana quinoa bar is just AMAZING. Haha okay, enough playing. Anyway! More about this super cool tea sachets! They are actually known as tea wands! (What a magical lovely name!) If you look closely, the sachet is perforated! So when you put the whole sachet into your cup you don't have to struggle with tea leaves or the staple falling in to your tea and best of all, no need for a spoon to stir your tea! The Teaism sachet is sturdy enough to use as a spoon! Practicality factor 6/10. Cool factor 10/10!
I also recently learnt that the tea I've actually been drinking from usual lipton teabags etc, is actually not REAL tea- tea e.g. they aren't whole tea leaves so they don't deliver the potent antioxidents I thought I'd be getting by drinking tea! Cheap tea is actually made from tea dust, a by product of the harvesting of actual whole tea leaves!!! >.<
So I was really happy to know that Teaism uses whole tea leaves and not tea dust! And I can actually taste the difference! I feel like my daily tea drink just powered up x200. Haha.
Just place it in a glass of hot water and watch it turn to tea!
Okay, while waiting for the tea to steep-
more fabulous products! Like freeze dried fruits! If you need a healthy portable snack that you can just slip into your bag for work or school, this is it! Everyone around me loved the banana chips which I thought I would too but my favorite turned out to be the Crispy Longan Chips. So unique and fantastic! I really like it! Although the real longan anytime for me, please, though this would do in a pinch. Comes in many different flavours as well such as banana, longan, lychee and even mixed fruit!
*All I need is eye power to get that pack of Govida freeze dried fruits....*
