This photo was take 5 years ago near Seoul City Hall. The area in front of the hall has a fountain and a large grassy area which is used for festivals, concerts and is packed during the World Cup with soccer fans cheering on their national team as they watch the game on large screens.
This photo is one of my favorites because of how the hall seems to hide behind the water shooting out of the sidewalk.
