I use this vinegar from Heinz. It's made in USA. It has good health benefits. A must use product.
Let me share my experience after trying this product for one month constantly. I use to take 5ml daily in a glass of water. The very first time I had by mistake swallowed 5ml raw apple cider vinegar and taste was very sour. It was burning my veins as it was passing and I felt like drinking raw whisky. I then instantly had 500ml of water to minimise burning effect. From the next doses I use to take 5ml in a glass of water.
So now I take 5ml apple cider vinegar in a glass of water once a day. (I take in the night).
Benefits of apple cider vinegar I have seen:
In a month of use, I have found various benefits of apple cider vinegar as well as few side effects of apple cider vinegar.Earlier I had huge triglyceride (890 mg count) and now after using this product it has come down to 180 mg. I have fatty liver and now I feel it's gone I feel the difference. My hunger is controlled and now I don't over eat ( I guess hormonal imbalance is recovered).
I have lost wait around 4 kgs in 20 days (for few days I felt like toiling and I took multivitamin/calcium rich tablets).My abdomen is reduced now. It's wonderfully thinner and look pretty without any exercises.
My acute gastric problem is gone.
I don't take medicine for hypertension now and take thyroid tablets in every alternative days as this reduce thyroids issues/ increase insulin in blood through proper digestion of food.
My eye sight level has increased.

Side effects of apple cider vinegar I have seen:
I had gas inflammation problem for 4 days in the beginning as I had acute gastric. After that it started reducing gradually. But it has started again so badly and I release gas with bad noise every now and then.My bones got weaken and I am having tremendous back pain. When I take D3 sachet supplement the pain vanishes for some time. So I guess it reduce calcium in body. Apple cider vinegar side effects on liver. My SGPT and SGOT went up. My body were getting yellowish and doctor advised for lever function test (LFT) and I was forced to take medicine as advised by doctor. This should(!) effect on pancreas or kidney function.
Apple cider vinegar side effects on kidneys: I am not so sure, but I feel little pain in areas of kidney. As my LFT has bad reports, I am yet to go for KFT test. I hope everything is good there.
