My Dîner En Blanc Philadelphia Experience

Dîner en Blanc in relatively new to Philly, but I was privileged enough to attend the second pop-up dining event this summer. The event, which I think could accurately be described as a party, is marked by elegance, people donning all white and secrecy. The location of the event is kept a secret until you arrive at your final destination.
