Via a Daily Mail article and video, we see shocking proof of extreme incompetence, or worse, when NY cops after visiting Dr. Craig Spencer's apartment, the very first reported case of Ebola in NY, reported on here and here at ANP, came out of the apartment and dumped their protective gear, gloves and masks, in a public trashcan!!
