Mug Monday – Chocolate Peanut Butter Mug Cake

Another Mug Monday treat – a peanut butter chocolate cake made with in minutes from start to finish!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Mug Cake

Using chunky peanut butter add lovely peanut texture to the cake.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients
Egg Yolk
1 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Caster Sugar
3 Tbsp Self Raising Flour
1 heaped Tsp Peanut Butter
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Milk
25g Milk Chocolate

Add oil and egg yolk to a mug

Add sugar, flour, peanut butter and baking powder

Stir well with a folk, ensuring everything is mixed in well.

Add chocolate, I used left over Easter Eggs

Stir in the chocolate

Cook in the microwave for 1 minute and 45 seconds.

Grab a spoon and dig in straight away.
