The other week when the weather was beautifully nice for March, me and Mr D drove to a lovely little pub set on the side of a canal in Hertfordshire for lunch, as we both had the day off from work. I enjoyed chicken & leek open pie and he enjoyed gammon while sitting in the sunshine watching the ducks swim by. After lunch we took a long walk along the canal. It was so peaceful, and it was nice to walk along in lovely weather, with lovely surroundings, with lovely company, just talking about anything and everything. I'll pass you the sick bucket now! But also how nice is that house tucked away in the middle of nowhere on the side of canal? I'll be adding that one to my dream house inspiration list! Did you get up to anything nice while the weather was beautiful? I'm now suffering from an ears, nose and throat infection and blaming it on the change of weather!
