Summer is practically here, and I know a lot of people prefer cream blushes during warm weather. If your mom (or even you) fall into this category, It Cosmetics has that covered as well. Their Vitality Flush Stain Stick Lip & Cheek Reviver is a gorgeous rose colored lip and cheek stain. Even though it is a long wearing product, it is also hydrating and contains several ingredients that your skin will like, including vitamins A, C, and E along with green tea and aloe (plus many others). I don't like wearing a ton of makeup in the summer because of the heat and humidity, so a multifunctional and long wearing product like this sounds incredible. The It Cosmetics Vitality Flush Stain Stick is available on their website and at Ulta.
A beauty product is only as good as the brushes you use. I have great products apply terribly because of bad brushes. Trust me, it isn't cute. Picking a full range of brushes can be intimidating, but it doesn't have to be with the It Cosmetics Your Beautiful Basics Airbrush 101 Set. This has all the brushes you need: powder brush, foundation brush, concealer brush, an eyeshadow brush, and a crease brush. These brushes are cruelty free and very soft. They come in a patent leather case for storage and each one is designed to give you a flawless, airbrushed look. This set is $58 and it is an Ulta exclusive. I haven't tried these myself, but I have heard nothing but amazing things about these brushes.
The last gift idea I have for you is the It Cosmetics (obviously) Naturally Pretty Vol 1 set. I have had this palette for what seems like forever and I don't talk about it nearly enough. Typing up this post gave me the inspiration to get it out and use it. It is an amazing palette because you can create everyday looks or go more dramatic. There are 14 matte shades plus a transforming pearl shade that gives them just a hint of shimmer. They are smooth, nicely pigmented, easy to blend, and the formula is nice for aging eyes because they help minimize the appearance of wrinkles on the eyelid. I can't say how well this works because I don't have any fine lines or wrinkles on my eyelids just yet. This palette is $42.
