After all that masculinity in last month’s moodboard post, I’ve got the ultimate antidote for you this morning. Today I’m sharing my inspiration board for the second bedroom.

This room acts as a dressing room during the week, doubling up as a guest bedroom at the weekend. As it’s purely my domain from Monday to Friday, I get to make this room as girlie and glamorous as possible. I’ve chosen a base palette of black and white and then plan to add blush pink tones to soften up the monochrome.
As I mentioned last week, I adore the Faire Frou Frou Lingerie store decor and have taken inspiration from the fairlytale colour scheme, antique painted furniture and feminine touches. I’m hoping to create a decadent (some might say over-the-top) interior so that I can escape to a Parisian boudoir for ten minutes in the morning.
